Worldwide, Samsung shipped 56.9 million smartphones in the third quarter of the year, according to new research from Strategy Analytics. “That adds up to a massive 35% global share in a
market that is also growing at 35% annually,” VentureBeat notes. Even more impression, that more than double the number of iPhones that Apple sold -- 26.9 million -- during the same period. As
