    Is this an incomplete post? The blurb that shows up in my inbox says this: " Betts analyzes Twitter, Facebook and other social sites to determine how social media platforms impact consumer behavior" Where is the link to the full article? The blurb alludes to someone named "Andy Betts? but there is nothing in this post that Betts said?
