Customer retention software company Windsor Circle raised $5.25 million in Series B funding led by Comcast Ventures with participation from existing investors. Existing investors IDEA Fund Partners
and Triangle Angel Partners (TAP) also participated. Steve Case, former AOL CEO and chairman, added $100,000 of funding to the round.
