A researcher found a Microsoft Windows 8.1 security hole that allows lower-level users to become administrators, giving them access to sensitive server functions they would normally have
no right to access, reports Engadget. Google's policy is to report those vulnerabilities within 90 days -- supposedly giving the company, Microsoft, a window in which to report the bug
