Google Capital Leads $60M Cloud ZenPayroll Funding

Google Capital led a $60 million Series B funding round for cloud-based payroll processing startup ZenPayroll. Emergence Capital Partners and Ribbit Capital also participated, along with existing investors General Catalyst, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and Google Ventures. The company has now raised $86.1 million at a $560 million post-money valuation for the startup.
