The Wall Street Journal reports that European Union competition regulators are preparing to issue additional formal charges , likely in late July, against Google over its behavior with its shopping service. The WSJ cites people familiar with the situation. Initially, the Commission filed formal charges against Google in April 2015 for favoring its comparison-shopping service in search results.
