Interview magazine and two Meredith publications have new editor-in-chiefs.

Nick Haramis, who was previously articles editor at T: The New York Time Style Magazine, will take on the role of editor of Interview. The position has been empty since Keith Pollock left last October to become senior executive director of digital at Architectural Digest.

Jill Waage has been named editor of Traditional Home, and Jennifer Darling will be at the top of the masthead at Allrecipes. Both were previously at the Meredith's Better Homes & Gardens.

Haramis told WWD his plan for Interview is to “ratchet it up a bit and imbue the feeling of the magazine with a bit of the weird or unexpected.”

For example, he cited a column he created at T called “Perfect Strangers,” featuring conversations between two very different cultural personalities, such as an interaction between culture critic Leon Wieseltier and comedian Chelsea Handler.

Before joining T in 2013, Haramis was editorial director at Bullett and executive editor of Blackbook.

Meanwhile, Waage was most recently editorial director of digital content and product for Better Homes and Gardens. She succeeds Ann Omvig Maine, who is retiring after 15 years at Traditional Home and nearly 35 years at Meredith.

Darling was most recently editorial director for Better Homes & Gardens Special Interest Publications and its portfolio of 47 food and home magazines. She succeeds Cheryl Brown, who was recently named editor-in-chief of Meredith’s Family Circle.
