Dave O'Connor Named President Of Time Studios

Dave O’Connor has been named president of Time Studios, Time CEO Jessica Sibley announced on Monday. 

O’Connor will be tasked with driving premium storytelling and growth for Time Studios. Based in New York, he will report to Sibley. 

“With a proven track record of crafting business models to sustain profits and fuel growth, Dave also brings a deep creative background to Time Studios, with over two decades of experience as a showrunner, executive producer and director,” Sibley said in a memo to staff. 

Sibley added that O’Connor has “created and overseen non-fiction film and television projects for a range of platforms — and existing Time Studios partners — including ABC, Hulu, Netflix, YouTube and more, as well as brands such as American Express, Apple, Walmart, ABInBev and others.

Previously, O’Connor was co-founder and co-CEO of Majordomo Media, where he produced Chefs vs. Wild for Hulu and created a podcast network and an original FAST channel.

O’Connor has also served as president of entertainment at Godfrey Dadich Partners, a design firm, building a video content practice and opening a New York office. And he has been a vice president and executive producer at RadicalMedia.

Time Studios has generated more than $100M in revenue since its launch early in 2020.
