universities to develop a course curriculum that helps people train for a good job in search engine optimization. It's a field, he argues, where kids can find a job immediately after graduation.
Quipp runs through a list of available jobs at search companies, along with the skills needed, and ways to retrain for the positions. Even if you have zero experience and no
technical skills in search, he explains "most companies hire for personality, knowing skills can be taught!" And those that take the initiative to train in search give themselves a "tremendous
advantage."
