Michael Hayes is the chief revenue and marketing officer at UberMedia, the leading independent developer of mobile applications and mobile advertising solutions. A digital and marketing leader with more than 25 years in the industry, Michael is widely seen as a pioneer in interactive marketing and an expert in digital display advertising, mobile marketing, online video, social media marketing, and in-game advertising. He is a member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s) Privacy Committee and a frequent speaker at national industry gatherings including IAB, OMMA, iMedia and AdTech. At UberMedia, Michael is responsible for developing and driving dynamic business strategy for the recently launched mobile advertising platform UberAds, while he oversees the development and growth of UberMedia’s business opportunities and the UberMedia brand. Prior to UberMedia, Michael was president of digital communications at Initiative, where he led the global strategy and operational oversight of the agency’s digital practice. In this role, Michael managed digital campaigns on behalf of the agency’s flagship clients including Hyundai-Kia, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, MillerCoors, USAA Financial Services, Best Western, and Hasbro.
