The company has been adding aroma to its annual reports for the last 30 years, and says this year’s choice represents the heart of Indian cuisine, and includes a blend of coriander, black pepper, cumin, cardamom and cinnamon. The Sparks, Md.-based company says it selected the spice because last year, it completed two separate joint ventures with India, which consumes five times as much spice as the U.S. on a per-capita basis.
