San Francisco-based ad services company AdGent 007 on Tuesday debuted "America's Video Ad Network" for advertisers to target unduplicated U.S. Web audiences. With AVAN, a full screen video player will serve pre-stitial ads that are viewed when a user clicks through to a site. The ad unit mimics the television experience in that the ad fills out the whole screen before a user views content.
