  • MARK HODES has resigned as managing director at OgilvyOne, Chicago after only eight months at this marketing-services unit of WPP Group's Ogilvy & Mather.

  • ANDREW JACOBSON has joined ValueClick, Inc. as Vice President of Eastern Sales. Jacobson previously served as Vice President of DoubleClick's US Media Division.

  • BrandAid Marketing Corporation, provider of BrandAid Supercards display units in supermarkets, announced today that TIM DUMARK and GIGI GAUDET have joined the company as regional vice presidents based in the firm's Westport, Conn. office. Dumark joins BrandAid from Draft/LMP, where he was president of a division of Draft Worldwide specializing in local media promotions, events, entertainment partnerships and trade marketing initiatives. Gaudet most recently was vice president of marketing & business development at Data Square, LLC.

  • KAREN ASKEW will serve as National Automotive Manager for Alternate Marketing Network’s newspaper advertising subsidiary, U.S. Suburban Press, Inc. Askew spent 23 years as Automotive Director with Sawyer, Ferguson & Walker, Inc., a New York-based newspaper-advertising firm.

  • .Com Marketing, an interactive marketing and advertising agency, has appointed KRISTINA UGALDE-FLINT as traffic and production manager, and promoted FRANCHON WOODARD from account services manager to interactive media planner and buyer. Ugalde-Flint joins .Com Marketing from her previous position as a marketing coordinator for Teranex, Inc.

  • RANDY BONDAR has been named account manager for Radio Sales Services at Arbitron Inc. Previously, he worked as an assistant at Katz Radio Group, later became one of the top performing account managers at Clear Channel Radio Sales and was one of the top billing account managers for Spanish Broadcasting in Los Angeles in 2000 and 2001.

  • CHARLES C. SMITH has been named Vice President, Operations at Tacoda Systems, Inc. Before joining Tacoda Systems, Smith was Executive Vice President for Corporate Development at Real Media.

  • National Cable Communications has announced the appointment of four new Account Executives. BRENDA HURNER (Minneapolis) comes to NCC from KARE-TV (NBC) in Minneapolis, where she was an Account Manager since 1997. BOB LeBLANC (New York) joins NCC from Harrington, Righter & Parsons (HRP) in New York, where he was an Account Executive since 1997. JENNIFER MAMARIL (Los Angeles) was previously with United Television Sales in Los Angeles, where she was an Account Executive since 1999. LORI SEGER-LUDINGTON (Detroit) served as the Marketing Manager for Fox 2 in Detroit, Account Manager for WDIV-TV, National Account Manager for Storer Television Sales, Local Account Executive for WJBK-TV, and Account Manager for WWWW Radio – all based in Detroit.

  • KELLY KONIS WHITE has been appointed to the post of Business 2.0’s director of marketing. Konis White joins Business 2.0 from her private communications consultancy practice, where she designed strategic communications and media plans.

  • Mobliss has hired two new staff members: ROUBEN HAROUTOONIAN as vice president of sales, and HERNAN ALVAREZ as director of infrastructure. Haroutoonian comes to Mobliss from Avenue A, a digital marketing services and technology company, while Alvaraz comes to Mobliss from Jupiter Media Metrix, a company that measures online advertising activity for marketing and advertising decisions.

  • ROBYN WALTON has joined Commerce Syndication Network Inc. as Director of Sales and Marketing. Previously, she served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for WebsiteASP, Inc.

  • ASHLI SHERMAN has joined The Xchange Group as an account supervisor. Prior to joining Xchange, Sherman was with Wunderman Worldwide, an integrated marketing solutions company in New York City.

  • JACK SANSOLO has joined Avenue A’s board of directors. From 1996 to 2001, Sansolo served as executive vice president of global brand direction for Eddie Bauer, Inc.

  • CAROLINE CHILVERS, formerly an Interactive Account Director has been promoted to the new position of Group Account Director at RappDigital, New York.
