    AdDynamix has named DAVID HOLLOWAY as vice president of operations; NICOLE WIGGS as account executive; ANDREW KEMP has been named senior account representative based in Detroit; and SCOTT STEWART has been promoted from director of strategic accounts to vice president of sales & marketing.

    BILL WALDMAN has been promoted to Detroit Manager of Golf Magazine. Waldman joined the magazine’s Detroit sales office in 2004 as account executive. Prior to that, he was advertising manager for General Motors’ Cadillac division.

    icrossing has hired NOAH ELKIN, Ph.D., as senior analyst relations manager. He joins the company from eMarketer, where he wrote about emerging technologies.

    TAXI Canada has named YVES BLAIN as its vice president, relationship marketing. Prior to joining TAXI, Blain worked at FCB Canada with clients such as Air Canada/Aeroplan, Fido, CIBC, Rona, L'Oreal Paris and SAQ.

    Hill, Holliday Hispanic has named SILVIA ORTUETA YLLERA as associate media director for the agency’s Miami office. Ortueta Yllera will lead media planning efforts for the agency’s Hispanic marketing group. Prior to joining Hill, Holliday Hispanic, Ortueta Yllera served as senior media planner for Bromley Communications/Publicis Sanchez & Levitan.

    JEFF PRYOR has launched Priority, a worldwide marketing and public relations company. The company was formerly known as Pryor & Associates, LLC. Pryor will serve as chief executive officer of the agency.

    Deutsch has made a slew of promotions. JASMINE DADLANI was promoted to senior vice president, account planner; JAMES BALDI was elevated to vice president, associate creative director; BRIAN MCMANUS was promoted to vice president, assistant controller; STACY SCHWARTZ was promoted to vice president, group director of traffic and residuals, broadcast business; KARIN PRIOR was upped to vice president, associate media director, media; ALAN SNITOW was elevated to vice president, account planner; and HEAWON YOO was promoted to vice president, account director.

    SCRIPPS NETWORKS has promoted DAVE TUSSEY from director of human resources to vice president. Tussey, who joined Scripps Networks in 2001, will oversee benefits, training, employee relations, administrative and hiring processes, and audit/compliance requirements.

    SFGT has hired JENNIFER OSTRICH as account director on Sunoco and on new business assignments, a new position. Previously, Ostrich was account director at Tierney Communications.

    EILEEN O'NEILL has been promoted to executive vice president and general manager of Discovery Health Channel and assumes management of FitTV. VIVIAN SCHILLER has been promoted to executive vice president and general manager of Discovery Times Channel.

    kirshenbaum bond + partners new york has named JOSEPH MAZZAFERRO as its creative director. Prior to joining kirshenbaum bond new york, Mazzaferro was creative director at TBWA/Chiat/Day, a role he held since 1999. In this position, Mazzaferro worked on creative campaigns for Absolut Vodka, Level Vodka, A&E Biography, Kenneth Cole, Joe Boxer and Martell Cognac.

    In a move to better integrate its offering to clients, Siegel & Gale, an Omnicom company, has named chief brand strategy officer DAVID SRERE and chief creative officer HOWARD BELK co-managing directors of the firm's flagship New York City office. Former managing director LINDA CORNELIUS has left to pursue other interests.

    Cartoon Network has expanded its promotions marketing team to key markets in Los Angeles and Chicago. TERRI TUTTLE will become senior director working in Chicago and SABINA SPIGEL will be upped to director in Los Angeles.

    HOWARD MITTMAN has been promoted to National Advertising Manager from Northeast Sales Manager of Popular Science. In this newly created position, Mittman will oversee the sales effort nationally. Mittman joined Popular Science as an account manager in 2003. Also, CHRISTY ELLINGER has been promoted from senior manager, events and promotions to creative services director, overseeing all marketing, events, business development and promotions. Ellinger joined Popular Science in 2002 from World Publications, where she served as the promotion and merchandising manager for Saveur and Garden Design magazines.

    IRENE B. BRODERICK has been named national sales manager for Ser Padres magazine. Since 2002, Broderick was the account manager for Parents magazine. She has also held sales positions at Better Homes and Gardens and Men’s Fitness.

    Kanoodle has named DOUGLAS L. KNEPPER as vice president of business development. Knepper will be responsible for developing relationships with publishers and media companies.

    JENNIFER BUSSELL has been named strategy director at Euro RSCG 4D New York. Most recently, she provided marketing consulting services to Citigroup.

    ABC Radio Networks has formed a new business unit to create radio properties targeting women listeners. CORNY KOEHL, previously the executive producer for Satellite Sisters, will head the unit.

    TheLadders.com has named SUDHESHNA (SUE) BOSE as director of conversion marketing, GREGORY ROTH as editorial director, and BRIAN WALDRON as director of brand.

    MICHAEL MCGUIRK has been named vice president of behavioral sciences at iKnowtion. McGuirk will assume management responsibility for one of iKnowtion’s services. Prior to joining iKnowtion, McGuirk established and managed the Analytic Services Group for Elm Square Interactive.

    BCF has named NATALIE LEMOINE as media director; CAREY MOSSER as media buyer; JOE SEALE has been named interactive project manager; and RENE MOFFATT has been tapped interactive art designer.

    JAY CARNEY has been named Washington Bureau Chief of TIME Magazine. He succeeds MICHAEL DUFFY who will write and report stories for TIME on a full-time basis.

    JIM IRVING has joined Jumpstart Automotive Media in the newly created position of vice president, marketing & product management. Most recently, Irving was marketing manager with Critical Mass where he was responsible for the Mercedes Benz online account.

    BIANCA PIMENTEL has been named sales director, LatAm at United Virtualities. Pimentel joins the company from TeRespondo.com where she worked for three years, most recently as business development and marketing manager.

    CHUCK ROSENZWEIG, vice president for legal affairs, was recently promoted to senior vice president at Scripps Networks. Rosenzweig joined Scripps Networks' legal affairs department in 1999.

    KELLEY MCMILLAN has been named East Coast advertising director at Billboard magazine. She most recently worked for CITY magazine.

    SCOTT FRIEDLANDER has joined Stratus Media as East Coast sales manager. He will be overseeing East Coast sales and contributing to the company’s overall sales and marketing efforts. 

    CHARLIE BARRETT has been named vice president of sales and marketing for Webshots, an online photo sharing Web site that is part of CNET Networks, Inc. Barrett was most recently vice president of sales at Friendster, a social networking site.

    GM Planworks, a division of Starcom MediaVest Group and the media planning, buying and research unit dedicated to General Motors (GM), named MIKE ROSEN its chief investment officer. JENNIFER SHAW will also join the agency as senior vice president/managing director of the Video Investment Group. Rosen joins the agency from GM Mediaworks, having served as senior vice president/manager. Shaw also joins the company from GM Mediaworks, where she was responsible for all aspects of GM’s network and cable sports activity as senior vice president/manager.

    LINDA SAWYER has been named chief executive officer at Deutsch. DONNY DEUTSCH will relinquish his title of CEO and remain on as Chairman. In addition, KATHY DELANEY and VAL DIFEBO have been named co-presidents for Deutsch New York and ERIC HIRSHBERG and MIKE SHELDON were named co-presidents for Deutsch LA.

    VideoSonic Systems has named BRUCE BARNETT as chief operations officer, a newly created position.
