MEEGAN HANRAHAN has joined Gardner Nelson & Partners as partner/director of broadcast production. Hanrahan spent more than a decade as a freelance producer working on accounts such as Lockheed Martin, Honda, Deloitte & Touche, Goodyear and PBS before joining the agency.

GREG WARREN has been named executive vice president, managing director at MediaVest. Warren will function as the lead relationship manager for advertising and brand agency initiatives. Most recently, he served as senior vice president, managing director, at i4design, where he oversaw strategic design solutions.
JOE BURTON has been named COO/global Microsoft account at McCann Worldgroup San Francisco, a new position. Burton will be responsible for managing Worldgroup’s global operations and financial processes on behalf of Microsoft. Most recently, Burton was COO of OgilvyOne Worldwide and prior to that served as CFO/Global Brands at OgilvyOne Worldwide.
SCOTT SOROKIN has been named as president of Carat Fusion. Most recently, Sorokin was the global account lead at MRM Worldwide overseeing the agency's relationship with Intel Corporation. He was responsible for digital marketing and driving the integration of global marketing programs. Prior to that, Sorokin served as the managing director of Modem Media/Digitas West.
CHUCK BRYMER was named president and CEO of DDB Worldwide while chief creative officer Bob Scarpelli is assuming the additional post of chairman of the agency. Brymer succeeds KEN KAESS, who died on March 27.

ROB TRIPAS joined Euro RSCG Chicago as senior vice president, director of interactive services. Tripas will be responsible for leading interactive creative strategy for the agency’s client roster. Tripas was formerly interactive executive producer at Crispin Porter + Bogusky.

Moroch Latino has named JOE GENOVA as director of Hispanic media planning. Genova will lead Hispanic media efforts for Moroch Latino's Verizon Wireless and McDonald's accounts in 22 U.S. markets.
Media Contacts, the interactive arm of MPG, has named EDWARD MONTES managing director of the Boston office where he will lead the Fidelity Investments team. Prior to joining Media Contacts, Montes was the director of special projects for the Media, Entertainment, Information, and Finance group of Yahoo.
Discovery Networks has promoted JOCELYN EGAN to vice president, Discovery Solutions and branded entertainment. Most recently, Egan served as sales director for the group. Before joining Discovery, Egan was director of strategy at OMD in New York. In addition, Discovery Channel has named ELLI HAKAMI director of program development for Discovery Channel. Prior to joining Discovery, Hakami worked for Court TV's program development team.
