  • CHRISTINE BOWES joins Ames Scullin O’Haire as director of relationship marketing. Bowes will work with agency clients such as Food Lion, Mitsubishi Electric and Heartgard Plus Heartworm Preventive to help them develop customer relationship and direct response programs.


  • JOHN RICH has joined WestWayne as evp interactive communications, charged with building out the agency's digital capabilities. He was most recently vice president/director of interactive creative at TM Advertising.


  • DDB Canada and ZiP Communication, a Quebec-based creative agency, have formed a strategic alliance called ZiP DDB in Montreal.


  • PRIMEDIA has named AL CROLIUS senior vice president and group publisher, Action Sports Group. Crolius will oversee the Group’s collection of eight enthusiast magazines including Surfer, Skateboarder and Powder. He joined PRIMEDIA in 2005 as vice president, group publisher of the Action Sports Group.


  • FRANCINE DONLON joined Tremor Media as an account manager and JUSTIN SCHACTER and PETE ROPER were named regional sales managers.


  • STEPHANIE FOGLE has joined Siegel+Gale as senior strategist, interactive media. JOHANNA SHALHOUB has been named vice president, business development for the east coast.


  • Burst Media has hired KARIN GOSS as an account executive in the company’s Detroit office. She replaces CHARLES E. CAHILL who left the company. From 2000 to 2005, she served as senior vice president, group director at GM Mediaworks in Detroit.


  • Premier Retail Networks has hired CHUCK BATTEY as chief operating officer. Battey will oversee PRN's sales efforts, among other responsibilities. Most recently, he served as president of National Cinema Network.


  • TRACY DOWDY-MAHOOD, most recently innovation manager at GlaxoSmithKline, has joined Smith Brothers as a management supervisor in the client services department.


  • STUART BENSON has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Sundance Channel. He previously served as vice president, finance.


  • SEAN KELLY has been named vice president, western advertising sales for Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel. Kelly will oversee the network’s Western region-based ad sales deals and client relationships. He most recently served as a senior account executive at Discovery Communications.


  • DAVID ROSEN has joined Loyalty Lab as executive vice president. Rosen will lead Loyalty Lab’s customer strategy and business development efforts. Most recently, Rosen was senior vice president at MyPoints, where he led customer acquisition, relationship marketing, strategic analytics and the company's retail shopping program.


  • STEPHANIE GROHAR was named Detroit advertising manager of THE WEEK. She joins the magazine from Mediaedge:cia, where she was most recently media supervisor on the Lincoln National account.


  • Medical Broadcasting Company has named ERIC MULLER as vp account group supervisor; ADAM ROBERTS as director, media services; DAVID DANILOWICZ as design studio director; KATE BIDLINGMAIER as art director and AJ KOTZEN as director of technology.


  • JAMES P. BRUNK, ANNE M. FEIGHAN, RONALD E. PARKINSON, LISA S. RICHLAND, DEBRA E. SPENCER and ANTHONY R. TAKLA have been named senior vice presidents and ROBERT F. MONEMENT, CLIFTON V. SIMMONS and JENNIFER R. SWANTEK have been named vice presidents at Campbell-Ewald.


  • Direct Online Marketing has hired KATIE MCDONALD as search marketing associate, where she will work on client campaigns.


  • Wirestone, an integrated marketing agency, has added JOE PRANGL as client services manager in the Chicago office.


  • MONTY HUDSON has joined Revenue Science as vice president of media development for the Revenue Science Behavioral Targeting Network. Prior to joining the company, Hudson was a sales executive at Fastclick and ValueClick, where he led sales efforts and managed agency and performance advertising accounts.


  • Tribal DDB has restructured its North American region, promoting PAUL GUNNING and ELIZABETH ROSS to president of Tribal DDB East and West respectively.


  • PATRICIA A. MONDELLO has been appointed group associate publisher of AARP Publications, including AARP The Magazine, AARP Bulletin and AARP Segunda Juventud. Mondello has been with AARP since 1979.


  • MRM Worldwide has hired DAVID GLAZE as a senior vice president, creative director of the company's Los Angeles office. JOHN SHIN joined as a program director.


  • Avenue A | Razorfish has promoted BRUCE WOOLSEY to vice president Advanced Marketing Solutions. In addition, JEREMY LOCKHORN has been named director of emerging media and video innovation, and PATRICK MOORHEAD has been named manager of research and development.


  • MediaVest will expand its current Investment and Activation practice to now include Print and Out-of-Home units. With these changes, DONNA SPECIALE will expand her management responsibilities to include Print and OOH. Speciale's new title is president of investment and activation. CHRISTINE MERRIFIELD, formerly group director at MediaVest, was promoted to the new position of svp, director of VIA and operations. ANNE ELKINS, formerly of MediaCom, joined MediaVest to replace Merrifield as svp, group director.


  • TIM BRYAN joined TIME.com as vp of sales. He was previously at A&E Television Networks where he directed all new media sales for A&E, The Biography Channel and the History Channel.


  • STEVE CHAMBERLAIN was named vice president of brand development at ViTrue; MAURICE “MO” MOORE was named vice president of sales for the central region and BRENT LAROCHE was named director of sales for the western region.


  • CHRISTOPHER HOWARD has joined Newsday as vice president, interactive & development. Howard will oversee Newsday's interactive business as well as amNewYork. Howard joins Newsday from Philadelphia Newspapers, where he was the director of classified advertising.


  • CAMPBELL FOSTER has joined Juice Wireless as senior director of marketing. In his new role, Foster will oversee branding, marketing strategy, media relations, and user acquisition for the company's flagship product, JuiceCaster. Most recently, Foster served as director of marketing for SeamlessWeb Professional Solutions Inc.


  • Wieden+Kennedy New York has promoted DEREK BARNES and PAUL RENNER to co-creative directors on the agency’s ESPN account.


  • CHRIS ENGLAND has joined Digitas Boston as vice president/director, overseeing planning efforts for the General Motors portfolio of brands at the agency, including GM customer relationship marketing, GMC, Pontiac, and Buick. He will also contribute to accounts such as AT&T, XM Satellite Radio and Procter & Gamble. Most recently, England was global planning director at Grey Global Group, London.


  • Wunderman Chicago hired CARRIE BLUMENFELD as director of the office depot sales promotion/campaigns and POS teams. Her focus will include leading the integration of national promotional efforts across retail and external channels.
