  • MARK DUCKHAM was appointed managing director of TNS Healthcare's UK International division. He joins the company from Grey Healthcare UK, where he served as managing director and European client services director.


  • Q Interactive promoted CARRIE STEC to vice president, sales.


  • Gospel Music Channel hired KELLY CARPENTER as account executive, Midwest region advertising sales. She most recently worked as a sales planner for the TBS, TNT and Court TV networks.


  • ERIC HOYT was named president and coo of The Bravo Group. Hoyt is currently president of Y&R, Wunderman and Bravo Miami.


  • STEPHEN COLVIN, former president and CEO of Dennis Publishing, joined CNET Networks as executive vice president.


  • Promax/BDA named JONATHAN BLOCK-VERK as president.


  • DAVID GREENBAUM joined Euro RSCG Chicago as director of digital where he will oversee the digital operations at the agency and will work with clients to deliver interactive strategies and solutions. Previously, Greenbaum was group account director at Tribal DDB.


  • American Express Publishing Corporation named J.P. KYRILLOS to vice president and publisher of Travel + Leisure. Kyrillos, most recently vice president and publisher of Food & Wine, succeeds JULIE MCGOWAN, who left the company. CHRISTINA GRDOVICBALTZ has been named publisher of Food & Wine. She was formerly vice president and associate publisher of the magazine.

  • Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia named JACKI KELLEY as evp of media sales; LEE HEFFERNAN as svp of integrated marketing and TOM BARRECA as svp of digital & emerging media.


  • VH1 Digital hired TINA IMM as senior vice president and general manager; TONY CARBONE as vice president, digital production and programming; and DEB KADETSKY as vice president, digital marketing.


  • Apogee Search named IAN STRAIN-SEYMOUR as director of search marketing services.


  • Horizon Media tapped CINDY RICCIO as director of communications. She joins the agency from Hanesbrands Inc. where she developed PR campaigns for more than nine brands, including Hanes, Champion, Bali and Playtex.

  • BRIAN BRONAUGH was named president and executive creative director of Mullen's Pittsburgh office. He previously served as senior vice president, executive creative director. He succeeds BOB BERNARDINI, who will become Chairman of Mullen Pittsburgh as part of a planned transition.


  • Avenue A | Razorfish promoted SYDNEY HUNSDALE to executive vice president, worldwide operations.


  • Tremor Media hired CORD DOVER as southwest regional sales manager; ERIK SCHEAR as regional sales manager, covering New England and New York; and DAMIAN RAJKOVICH as regional sales manager, Midwest. DAVID ARTHURS and ALLISON HAYDEN were named account executives.


  • KHAN SMITH was elevated to chief privacy officer of TACODA, replacing MARK PINNEY who became head of business planning at AOL's Platform A.

  • DAN GRIGOROVICI joined TACODA as vice president of data strategy and analytics. He joins the company from Digitas, where he was vice president/associate director of digital analytics.


  • MARK YEE joined Deutsch LA as senior vice president, account director. He joins the company from the Dallas-based promotional marketing agency Latitude, a division of The Richards Group. He will be handling the Tesco Fresh ‘n' Easy account.


  • National Geographic created a new Global Media group composed of its magazine, book publishing, television, film, music, radio, digital media and maps units. TIM KELLY, president and CEO of National Geographic Ventures, has been named president, Global Media.


  • Underscore Marketing hired LAUREN BOYER as partner & chief global strategist. Most recently, she led interactive media and e-marketing efforts across the consumer division of Wyeth.


  • AllBusiness.com hired MICHAEL ROGERS as vice president of sales.


  • Euro RSCG Tonic, the healthcare unit of Euro RSCG Worldwide, hired MADHU PAI as group account director responsible for OTC and DTC assignments for Schering-Plough and Sanofi-Aventis. She joins the agency from Saatchi & Saatchi New York where she was svp, management director on Novartis Consumer Health.
