  • Sundance Channel named ANDREW M. HUNN as vice president of affiliate sales. He joined the company from Rainbow Media Programming where he was employed since 1991, most recently as director, national accounts.


  • ANNE MYERS joined Starcom MediaVest Group as evp, managing director. Previously, Myers was managing director at OMD, where she established OMD Direct in Canada and was a member of the executive group leading teams in traditional, direct and digital media.

  • Ensequencenamed PETER LOW as president and chief operating officer. He was most recently executive vice president of cable distribution and marketing for MTV Networks and BET Networks, where he led cable distribution efforts for all 26 of the MTV and BET branded channels.


  • Draftfcb Orange County elevated CHRIS D'AMICO to chief creative officer. He most recently served as senior vice president, group creative director.

  • Carmichael Lynch promoted COREY JOHNSON to director of consumer engagement, a new position. Johnson previously served as media director, a role he will retain along with his expanded duties. He will be responsible for the strategic use of all consumer interaction, including media, online and one-to-one marketing to effectively engage consumers with brand messages.


  • BooneOakley named DEMIAN BRINK as partner and media director.


  • Hunt Adkins promoted ROB FRANKS to group creative director.


  • LevLane named JAKE HANCOCK as account manager, handling the Beneficial Bank and other accounts.


  • 72andSunny announced that co-founder GREG PERLOT is leaving the company to become svp of marketing for Quiksilver. The agency also promoted HOLLY KASUN to brand director; JASON NORCROSS and BRYAN ROWLES to creative directors; and JACK HOOK to COO.


  • Zephyr Media Group promoted PRISCILIA REYES to director of sales. She was previously a senior media buyer.


  • Rodale promoted ANGUS MACAULAY to vice president, director of Rodale Marketing Solutions. Macaulay previously served as publisher of Runner's World.


  • TBWA/Chiat/Day New York named SHANE ANKENEY executive director of audience planning. Ankeney joins the agency from Doner where he was most recently evp, chief media officer.


  • Shift Control Media named MARC GACCIONE director of business development.

  • MICHELE SINISI joined Gospel Music Channel as affiliate marketing director west. She joined the company from The Tennis Channel, which she joined in 2005 and most recently served as director ad sales and distribution marketing.


  • VH1 Digital promoted TINA IMM to SVP and GM; TONY CARBONE to vp/digital production and programming; and DEB KADETSKY to vp/digital marketing.


  • Avenue A | Razorfish Seattle promoted JIM WATSON to vice president and managing director and JONATHAN ROSOFF to vice president of strategy and customer insights.


  • BENNET KELLEY launched the Internet Law Center, a boutique firm offering legal and policy solutions for its clients. Kelley previously worked at ValueClick as assistant general counsel, director of governmental affairs & privacy.


  • JARROD BANADYGA joined DDB Vancouver as copywriter.
