  • Dedicated Media named JOHN FINNERTY as senior account executive, east coast sales and HENRY CUERO as account executive, east coast sales.


  • TargetCast tcm named JENNIFER SAMPLES as senior vice president, director of digital media. Samples joined the agency from Infuz in St. Louis, where she served as vice president of media innovation.

  • Traffic Marketplace appointed JIM WALTZ to president, LARRY MARTINE to vice president, product and marketing and JASON WHITE to vice president, media and distribution.


  • Cutwater named WALTER SMITH as president, succeeding BRAD HARRINGTON. Most recently, he worked at TBWAChiatDay Los Angeles where he oversaw all areas of communication for Nissan-Europe in France, UK, Russia, Germany, Italy, Spain, Central/Eastern Europe and the Nordics.


  • AMY EAGLE returned to DDB New York as global business director on the Agency's new Unilever Ice Cream assignments. DDB New York is leading North American duties on Breyers, Klondike, Good Humor and Popsicle Brands. Eagle joins DDB from Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners NY where she worked for two years as director of client services.

  • RPA created a new division to service the Acura account, which will be led by two recently appointed senior executives: DAVE WEBER as evp, general manager, and JOHN HAGE as svp, creative director. Weber formerly served as evp, general manager at Dentsu Next and Hage most recently served as svp, group creative director at Y&R Advertising.


  • CHRIS GERACI was promoted to managing director of national broadcast investment at OMD. He replaces DEBBIE RICHMAN, who left the agency to lead the sales efforts at Lifetime Networks.


  • DDB Canada's Vancouver office promoted ANGELA SCARDILLO to vice president, director of client services.

  • Mediaedge:cia named ANNIE MOORE-SERLIN as managing partner, leading the AT&T Wired Strategic Planning Team. She comes to MEC from Initiative where she was senior vice president.


  • TORREY LINCOLN joined LinkedIn as western region advertising sales manager.


  • Javelin Direct named MARK MILLER as vice president, business development. Most recently, Miller was management supervisor at Rapp Collins Worldwide where he launched and supported DIRECTV, Brinker, and MCI.

  • MEC Interaction promoted RICHARD ASTLEY and LINDSEY KOLLROSS to group media directors.


  • Mediaedge:cia hired KARINA DOBARRO as an account director for the MEC Bravo division. She will be responsible for the Macy's Hispanic Communications Planning Team and oversee the Banco Popular, USPS and Land Rover accounts. Previously, she was at Initiative Media in New York and San Francisco, working in the Broadcast and Spot Departments on a wide array of clients such as Bayer, Elizabeth Arden, Burlington, Taco Bell, Disney and Home Depot.


  • AbelsonTaylor promoted SUSAN SPEARS to senior media planner and RACHEL KELLER to media planner.


  • COREY MACHANIC and SUSANNE MACARELLI have joined Kelliher Samets Volk as interactive creative director and associate creative director, respectively.


  • Phillips Design Group named PJ SOLOMON as director, business development.


  • TED D'AMICO joined Monroe Mendelsohn Research as senior vice president. He joins the company from MRI-Mediamark Research, where he served as senior vice president/research.


  • Rubberneck hired MELISSA RIVERA as propaganda specialist, on the Consolidated Shoe, Shelton Vineyards, Triumph Boat and Fayetteville/Cumberland County BRAC accounts. Previously, Rivera was account executive at MODCo Creative on the Carolina Herrera, Tory Burch, and Theory accounts.


  • Guideposts hired LINDA RAGLAN CUNNINGHAM as the vice president and editor-in-chief of Guideposts Books and Inspirational Media. She replaces MARILYN MOORE who retired from the company. Most recently she was the editorial director for Meredith Books.


  • FLETCHER WHITWELL was promoted to corporate media director, overseeing all media activities for R&R Partners' five offices. Whitwell previously served as media director of the Las Vegas office, where he managed the agency's $80 million Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority account, as well as all Las Vegas-based clients, including the Southern Nevada Water Authority, Sierra Pacific/Nevada Power, Ultimate Fighting Championship and Nevada Resort Association.


  • JASON LAZARSKI joined SiteLab Interactive as account manager and ARMANDO OSUNA was named online media and marketing manager.

  • SEGA named SEAN RATCLIFFE vice president of marketing. Ratcliffe most recently served as the marketing director for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region of Disney Interactive Studios.


  • Deep Focus hired DANIELLE KNOPF as vice president, social media.


  • Giant Ideas named JANA MARIE LAMBERT as executive vice president of strategic services charged with spearheading the account service department's work with several Giant accounts, including The American Institute of Architects and MyWireless.org.


  • CHRISTOPHER CORMIER was named advertising director of Women's Health, joining the pub from Cosmopolitan magazine.


  • SCPF hired CARMELO RODRIGUEZ as art director and GUILLERMO FERNANDEZ-LOMANA as copywriter. Both joined the agency from CONTRAPUNTO/BBDO.


  • Gospel Music Channel named TY JOHNSON national accounts southeast manager, branded entertainment and integration.


  • COURTNEY NORYCH was named associate account executive at Woods Witt Dealy & Sons. She will be responsible for account and project management for clients including GURU Energy Drinks, Newsday, Butternuts Beer and Ale and Hickory Farms.


  • KEN TAYLOR will replace DENNIS DONLIN as president/general manager of GM Planworks. Formerly evp/group client director at Starcom USA, Taylor was lead on the Kellogg's and LEGO media agency of record businesses.


  • Critical Mass appointed MARK SZABO, TARO RAMBERG, KAROLINA VIESER, KAMAL SYAN and CAROLYN ROBERTSON to its leadership team, as vice president, managing directors.


  • SCARLETT LOK has returned to R/GA as group account director. Lok will be the lead account person the L'Oréal Paris account, focusing on growing L'Oréal Paris' marketing opportunities and CRM programs.

  • ALEX ROZHITSKY and JENNIFER CUNNINGHAM-LOZANO have joined Opt-Intelligence as director of business development and director of sales operations, respectively.
