  • Chris Bradley
    Code and Theory New York

    Code and Theory New York hired Chris Bradley as group creative director in the Brand Design Group. He will work across all clients including Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Maybelline New York and Burger King. Bradley joins the agency from R/GA, where he served as executive creative director on the MasterCard account, working on campaigns such as #LoveThisCity and Priceless Surprises. Prior to that, he served as executive creative director at Big Fuel, where he worked on brands including T-Mobile, Microsoft, Chevy, Cadillac, Buick and GMC. Bradley began his career in advertising at Arnold Worldwide in Boston, where he worked from 1999-2005 as creative director on the Volkswagen account.

  • Amy Dickerson, Ansarie Easo, Laura Kleyweg and Adam Weiler
    Spark

    Spark promoted four employees to vice president, directors in its Chicago office. Amy Dickerson, now vice president, digital director, is a key leader within Spark's digital team, especially in advancing the agency's mobile expertise. In addition to her client responsibilities, she is an internal champion of mobile, working with the digital, strategy and broadcast teams to ensure that mobile is in the forefront. Ansarie Easo, vice president, strategy director, is a 12-year veteran of SMG. After working in the Starcom Melbourne office on the Mars Chocolate and Pet Care business, she joined Spark in September 2012. As vice president, strategy director, Laura Kleyweg manages clients and teams for multiple assignments, including Sunovion, Mylan, AMITIZA, Groupon and Daisy. Lastly, as vice president, research director, Adam Weiler works with client teams to develop media strategies based on sound data and analytics. He has also elevated the research function at the agency, working to create programs to educate staff on new tools available to help them with media planning.

    Saatchi & Saatchi New York

    Jay Ferguson has rejoined Saatchi & Saatchi New York as executive vice president, group account director. Ferguson will lead the newly won Walmart business and report to CEO Brent Smart. Ferguson previously spent ten years at the agency (2000-2010) in a variety of account management roles. Most recently, he was a senior vice president at Grey NY for three years, working on the global P&G Corporate business, the global Downy brand and new business. Prior to that, at Saatchi NY, Ferguson worked on Wendy's, Cheerios, Tylenol and JCPenney accounts.

    DigitasLBi Atlanta

    DigitasLBi Atlanta promoted Carrie Philpott from senior vice president of account management to senior vice president, managing director. In this role, Philpott will drive the growth and development of the Atlanta office while continuing her work as the global lead on the agency's Delta Air Lines account. She will report into Joanne Zaiac, president, DigitasLBi New York Region. Philpott leads DigitasLBi's multi-national Delta Air Lines team across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, partnering with the brand across digital and direct marketing, through the line media strategy, buying and optimization, and customer insights and analytics. Philpott also leads the agency's digital strategy work with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and provides guidance and insights to junior-level employees as a mentor in the national DigitasLBi Mentor program.

    DiMassimo Goldstein

    Lesley Bielby joined DiMassimo Goldstein as chief strategy officer. Most recently, Bielby was North American Head of strategic planning at Digitas and chief strategy officer at Hill Holliday. In addition, Tom Christmann joins the agency as chief creative officer, marking the first time that Mark DiMassimo will not hold that title. DiMassimo will still remain the agency's creative leader, guiding the creative direction of the agency and its client work. Lastly, Marc Lefton was named head of growth strategy and brand integration. As part of this hiring spree, Propolis, the brand consulting and research firm launched mid-2013 by both Bielby and DiMassimo Goldstein, will now merge into the DiMassimo Goldstein network, along with Mongo Industries, the talent consortium and idea development company founded and led by Christmann since 2010.
