  • Harlo Petoskey

    Digitaria hired Harlo Petoskey as interaction design director. Based in Digitaria's Minneapolis office, Petoskey will collaborate with team members from across the agency to create online experiences for clients. Petoskey brings more than fifteen years of interactive brand and marketing experience to Digitaria. Most recently, he served as the UX Lead at Colle+McVoy, where he created online experiences for Land O'Lakes, TakeMeFishing.org, and Winfield. Prior to that, Petoskey worked for both Creatis and Olson & Co., servicing accounts such as University of Minnesota, Bauer Hockey, Target and General Mills. "We're thrilled to have Harlo join our team at Digitaria," said Michael Matheny, Executive Creative Director at Digitaria. "His deep history with integrated brand and marketing experiences will be an incredible addition to our growing team."

    Barton F. Graf 9000

    Barton F. Graf 9000 hired Amanda Clelland as creative director on various agency account, including GoDaddy and Scotts Miracle-Gro brands Tomcat and Nature's Care. Previously, Clelland was a creative director at Droga5, working on Puma, The New Museum, Coca Cola and Vestas WindMade. In addition, she also helped launch an independent project focused eradicating extreme poverty. The project, backed by the UN, is called zeropointseven.org.

    Resource/Ammirati hired Cybelle Srour as managing director of strategy. In this new role, Srour oversees the agency's strategic services discipline including integrated brand strategy, analytics, research, UX, social strategy and community management. Hailing from Toronto, Srour has worked for agencies like MacLaren McCann, DDB Canada, Proximity/BBDO, and most recently Energy BBDO in Chicago where she served as senior vice president and group digital planning director. Srour has worked with brands like Johnson & Johnson, General Motors, Nestle, Novartis, Lavalife, Monster.com, Mars, Dell, P&G, Bayer, SC Johnson and HP. "From the moment we met Cybelle, we knew she was the right person for this vital role," said Kelly Mooney, CEO of Resource/Ammirati. "She's an agile, strategic thinker and collaborative leader who has partnered with some of the world's leading brands to create award-winning and category changing work." Srour is based in the agency's Columbus headquarters and reports to Mooney. "Resource/Ammirati has demonstrated a pioneering spirit when it comes to building brands and creating experiences that drive value and growth," said Srour.     Wieden+Kennedy Sao Paulo hired Renato Simoes as executive creative director. Simoes joins executive creative director Icaro Doria and managing director Andre Gustavo in leading the office. Simoes joins the agency after spending almost nine years at AlmapBBDO, most recently as executive creative director, working on brands such as Volkswagen, Visa, Havaianas, Audi, AmBev and Pepsi. Prior to that, he had creative roles at F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett and Fischer America. Over the course of his career, Simoes' work has earned a number of awards from the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the CLIO Awards, the D&AD Professional Awards and The One Show. "Simoes has, for many years, created a good chunk of the most inspiring campaigns in our market," said Doria. "Wieden+Kennedy's mantra is 'The work comes first,' and he has built his career with the same spirit, tirelessly searching for quality, craft and relevancy."

    TBWA\Chiat\Day LA tapped Chris Ribeiro and Drew Stalker as creative directors on the agency's Nissan account. The pair previously worked at fellow network agency, TBWA\Media Arts Lab. At TBWA\Media Arts Lab, Ribeiro and Stalker worked on several Apple campaigns, including the 2013 iPhone holiday spot, "Misunderstood," for which they were awarded 3 Film and Design Lions at this year's Cannes Lions Festival, as well as a silver One Show pencil, a gold Clio Award, and an Emmy Award for Most Outstanding Commercial of the Year. Stalker began his career as an art director at TBWA\Chiat\Day LA in 2005. In 2006, he moved over to the newly formed TBWA\Media Arts Lab where he worked on Apple campaigns like iPod silhouettes, iPhone and iPad. In 2009, he relocated to TBWA\Media Arts Lab in London, where he helped to jumpstart the office before returning to the West Coast headquarters in 2013. Before Ribeiro teamed up with Stalker at TBWA\Media Arts Lab in 2013, he was senior vice president, group creative director at Deutsch LA, working with clients like Dr Pepper, Snapple and Expedia. Prior to Deutsch, he worked as a creative director at WONGDOODY, where he led creative for Alaska Airlines and Carl's Jr. "Chris and Drew are real creative heavyweights, and their years spent crafting work for Apple has given them the kind of tactical design-led expertise that our team can benefit greatly from," said Stephen Butler, chief creative officer of TBWA\Chiat\Day LA. "We are lucky to have them in the house, and excited to put them to work."
