  • Brent Trimble
    Lowe Profero
    Lowe Profero, the digital arm of Lowe and Partners, hired Brent Trimble as managing director, communications New York. Trimble will leas Lowe Profero’s brand solution teams in New York, managing a portfolio of clients that include Cointreau, Delonghi, Kaiser Permanente, MilkPEP, Snuggles and TRESemme. He willreport to Aaron Reitkopf, Lowe Profero's CEO for the Americas. Prior to joining Lowe Profero, he was head of marketing at wearable technology venture, I4C Innovations. "Not many agencies can boast such a unique mix of creativity, technology and performance all under one roof," said Trimble. "It’s this cohesion that excites me about the opportunity to lead Lowe Profero New York to even greater heights in 2015 and beyond."
  • Jeff Anderson
    360i
    360i hired Jeff Anderson as group creative director. He will work across agency accounts to lead digitally-centric marketing for the agency's clients, which include HBO, Toyota, Oscar Mayer and Clinique. Anderson is based in New York and reports to Pierre Lipton, chief creative officer of 360i. Anderson joins the agency from CHI&Partners, where he served as executive creative director. While there, Anderson created PBS' "TV Gone Wrong" campaign as well as work for Every Mother Counts and HP. Prior to that, he was associate creative director at Goodby Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco, where he worked on the Chevrolet Mayan Apocalypse Super Bowl spot. He has also held positions at Droga5 and TBWA/Chiat/Day, New York where he helped develop the Jewish Council for Educational Research's "Great Schlep" with Sarah Silverman and Combos' "What Your Mom Would Feed You if Your Mom Were a Man," respectively.
  • Jill Cooley and Tamy Harms
    MRM//McCann Detroit
    Jill Cooley, most recently executive vice president, managing director of MRM//McCann Detroit was promoted to the global position of executive vice president, worldwide account director. In addition, Tamy Harms was named president of MRM//McCann Detroit. Cooley will work with Bill Kolb, chairman of MRM//McCann, and lead the General Motors account. She will also drive collaboration and integration with Commonwealth//McCann on the global Chevrolet business. Cooley has been managing director of MRM//McCann's Detroit office since 2012. During that time, she led communications campaigns for numerous General Motors brand campaign launches. Harms joins the agency from WPP's POSSIBLE in Cincinnati where she served as president. While there, she worked on clients such as Procter & Gamble, ConAgra Foods, J.M. Smucker and Build-A-Bear. Prior to POSSIBLE, Harms held senior executive positions at Digitas where she led the Detroit office and worked on Buick, GMC and GM.
  • Sonny Gamboa, Janet Malloy and Kristen Ganci
    Cronin and Company
    Connecticut-based Cronin and Company added three new employees to the office. Sonny Gamboa joined the agency's creative team as a senior interactive designer. He previously worked for Traveler's Insurance Company. Janet Malloy joined the account service team as a senior account supervisor. She previously worked for Arnold Worldwide in Boston. Lastly, Kristen Ganci joined the agency's creative team as a junior interactive art director, joining the agency from Boston Interactive.

    Lapiz promoted Lizette Morazzani to creative director. Morazzani has 12 years of copywriting experience and has worked for Lapiz for the past two years. As creative director, she will oversee creative for client brands including Purina, WhiteWave Silk and RE/MAX. Morazzani will report directly to Lapiz executive creative director Fabio Seidl. Prior to Lapiz, Morazzani worked at JWT San Juan where she was an associate creative director. Morazzani helped create RE/MAX "Dream With Your Eyes Open," a U.S. general market advertisement for one of the world's largest real estate companies, and newly launched TV spots for Purina Dog Chow airing throughout Latin America. Her work has gained global recognition including Cannes Lions for Gatorade "The Heart of Puerto Rico," Banco Popular de Puerto Rico and Muscular Dystrophy Association Puerto Rico.
  • Ben Beale and Rory Forrest
    Mistress
    Mistress promoted Ben Beale to associate creative director in its Los Angeles office, up from creative director. In addition, Mistress hired Rory Forrest, as an associate creative director at Mistress.tech, based out of the Hamburg, Germany office. Mistress.tech focuses on creating software and technological marketing platforms for brands. Forrest and Beale previously worked together as a creative team at Grey London, working on brands like Lucozade and Macleans. Beale's recent work with Mistress includes VH1's "Naked Dating" and leading the agency's PayPal business. "Rory and Ben are two of the most unconventional and inspiring creative directors we've ever come across," said Scoot Harris, partner at Mistress. "They're as much entrepreneurs and brand builders as they are creatives. The impact of their work on our clients' business has been extraordinary."
  • Kiran Samuel, Nicole Nowak and Malini Kartha
    Camp + King
    Camp + King hired Kiran Samuel as brand strategist and Nicole Nowak as brand manager. In addition, Malini Kartha was promoted to creative services coordinator, a newly created position. As a strategist at agencies such as Cornerstone Promotion, Grey and We Are Social, Samuel provided creative ideation for clients including Beats by Dre, TNT/TBS, Reebok and Armani Exchange. Samuel has also led business queries and pitch teams from RFP to presentation. Nowak joins C+K from San Francisco ad agency Hub Strategy, where her accounts included Dropcam and Western Union. Prior to that she worked at Draftfcb SF, where she oversaw the execution and delivery of creative assets for Milk-Bone and other Del Monte pet care brands. Both women will work out of C+K's San Francisco office. Kartha worked for one year in C+K's administration department.
  • Cameron Parsons

    Gary Reynolds, founder of GMR, is transitioning into the role of chairman. Cameron Parsons, the agency's COO, will be replacing him as global CEO. Reynolds will provide strategic, day-to-day counsel in his new role, while Parsons will lead everyday management across GMR's hubs in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. "Cameron has been an integral part of our international network for nearly twenty years," says Dale Adams, Chairman and CEO of The DAS Group of Companies. "Having worked very closely with him, I have no doubt that he'll fuel GMR's passion and innovation, delivering great results on behalf of our clients." Parsons joined GMR as managing director international in 2005. Prior to that, he served as both the director of operations for DAS Global in China and as GMR's managing director in Asia Pacific. Parsons will continue to be based out of GMR's global headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

    Rob Schwartz was named CEO of TBWA\Chiat\Day New York. Previously global creative president for TBWA Worldwide, Schwartz moves to the new position to take charge of all operations for the New York office. He replaces Robert Harwood-Matthews, who is leaving the agency.

    ITN Networks hired Stephen Poulin as executive vice president, platform development. Poulin joins from MediaVest Worldwide, where he most recently served as executive vice president, managing director of operations.
  • Jeff Baron

    Production company Stink has expanded its global presence and opening its first US office, led by managing director, Jeff Baron. He joins Stink after a 12-year tenure with Anonymous Content.
  • Ramsey McGrory
    Scout
    Scout, a sports and men's lifestyle digital media network, promoted Ramsey McGrory to president, sales and publishing. In his expanded role, McGrory will oversee all advertising sales, publishing and marketing for the company.
