    Team One tapped Jon Ruppel as creative director, slated with enhancing the agency’s offerings in creative technology and digital product development. He will also head a newly assembled group of designers and technologists. Prior to Team One, Ruppel held leadership positions at TBWA/Chiat Day and Schematic (now part of Possible Worldwide) producing work for brands like Nissan, Sony Playstation, Comcast, Target and T-Mobile. Ruppel also founded and operated Hooky Interactive, a boutique digital agency that worked with The Walt Disney Company, FOX Broadcasting and Sony Entertainment.

    Innocean Worldwide Americas (IWA) tapped Steve Jun as CEO, beginning July 29. Jun replaces Tony Kim, who served as CEO for six years in the U.S. and will be returning to the agency's headquarters in Seoul, Korea. Jun was most recently CEO of Innocean's European operations, and is one of the agency's founding members. "IWA is a young, ambitious agency at a crucial point in time," said Jun. "We have a group of very talented individuals along with an unusual amount of experience in highly competitive categories. Going forward, our determination along with hard work and dedication to our clients, favor our growth." Current Innocean clients include Hyundai Motor America, KIA Motors America, NRG Energy and Footjoy.

    MKTG INC, part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, hired Jim Garofalo as a vice president of client services based in Chicago. Garofalo joins the agency from PepsiCo's Gatorade unit where he was the director of marketing -- global sports services for more than ten years. While there, he lead the team that focused on implementing a global marketing strategy for the Gatorade Sports Science Institute, Sports and Sports Science Influencers that connected athletes, teams, leagues and sports performance professionals with Gatorade's science and product portfolio. At MKTG INC, he will be tasked with day-to-day management of several agency clients including DICK'S Sporting Goods and Gatorade. "Jim's track record of building and managing successful partnerships for brands, teams and leagues in the US and abroad, as well as his understanding of sponsorship made him the perfect fit for our agency's continual evolution and growth," said Charlie Horsey, CEO of MKTG. He then worked for six years as GSD&M's business development supervisor, where he helped win the BMW and Norwegian Cruise Line accounts for the agency. In 2007, Jose moved to JWT Atlanta, where he served as director of business development until his return to GSD&M in 2012. "Nobody tackles a challenge better than Keith does," said J.B.
