    Chiara Kramer is joining Mirrored Media as director of entertainment marketing in a position created specifically for her. Kramer will oversee music and event strategy to clients at the experiential marketing and music strategy agency, as well as manage recently some of the agency’s long-standing accounts. She will also serve as a liaison between talent and brands. Kramer knows the music industry through her extensive knowledge and experience in artist management, development, touring & events, publishing, Film & TV, and A&RShe’s worked at Epic Records, BMI, 19 Entertainment and McNulty Casting, where she recruited talent for both American Idol and The Voice.  “We believe her approach will lead the team to developing some of the freshest and most innovative marketing work," says Mirrored Media CEO and Founder, Justin Lefkovitch. "Her experience and track record of success in the execution is a coup for our agency and our clients. Her invaluable experience in talent relations makes her an attractive asset as Mirrored continues to expand our work with influencers and content creators.” She will be based in Santa Monica. The 12-staff agency works with conventional advertising agencies, PR agencies and brands to custom tailor unique campaigns and initiatives.

    Guillaume Herbette was named CEO of MSLGROUP, Publicis Groupe's Strategic Communications and Engagement Company, and executive vice president of Publicis Worldwide. Herbette currently serves as global vice chairman of operations at FleishmanHillard, and begins his new role on Aug. 24. He succeeds Olivier Fleurot, who moves into a senior vice president role within Publicis Groupe. Herbette reports to Arthur Sadoun, global CEO of Publicis Worldwide. Along with leading MSLGROUP, Herbette will partner with Sadoun to create more seamless ways of working with all Publicis Groupe brands -- such as Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH, Starcom Mediavest Group, ZenithOptimedia, Publicis.Sapient and Publicis Healthcare Communications Group -- to enhance the client offering across the communications spectrum. As CEO of MSLGROUP, Herbette will be responsible for overseeing all MSLGROUP entities, including the global events offering through Publicis Live, PBJS and Publicis Events, as well as strategic communication consultancies such as Kekst & Company, CNC and JKL. Herbette joined FleishmanHillard in 1998, assuming roles of increasing responsibility throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He later served as chief operating officer for the firm's US Eastern and Western and Canada regions. After that, he served as vice chairman. In that role, he was responsible for FleishmanHillard's overall operations and growth. "Guillaume's rich knowledge of the US market, global strategic vision, and valuable professional services experience are key assets that will contribute to MSLGROUP's growth," said Sadoun. In his new role, Wollen will continue to oversee business development while leading new business efforts with partners WME | IMG. He will also serve as the contact for global new business opportunities and regional agency partnerships. Wollen joined Droga5 in 2013 from The Barbarian Group, where he served as head of business development. Prior to that, he work on various accounts at Grey and BBH New York. "Since Chris arrived at the agency, he has led an incredibly successful charge, guiding our pitch process and helping us to pitch smarter, with a macro vision of the type of businesses we wanted to add to our portfolio," said Sarah Thomson, global CEO. Now, the agency is hiring Steve Bava as management director of account services to help manage these accounts. Bava will oversee a portfolio of Team One's client accounts, including The Ritz-Carlton, 2K, Marriott International, HSBC Premier, Icelandic Glacial Water, Häagen-Dazs, CBS Watch! and Indian Motorcycle. One priority will be to spearhead concepts in the digital space, say agency executives. He reports to Team One President Julie Michael and will be based at the agency's headquarters in Los Angeles. Bava joins the agency with more than 20 years experience including stints at at iCrossing Inc., Whittman-Hart, Agency.com and Nissan North America.
