    Omelet promoted Dena Gonzalez to partner and head of business planning and delivery, a new position. Gonzalez previously served as vice president of project management and will continue to oversee that department. Before Omelet, Gonzalez served as head of production at Animax Entertainment, where she created animation, digital content development and production services for clients including Disney, Ty Inc., AOL, ESPN, MTV and Nickelodeon. "Dena has been a rock for Omelet since she joined more than five years ago. She has a rare combination of strategic, analytic, creative and digital expertise," said Don Kurz, chairman and CEO of Omelet. "She has been a cultural leader and tireless advocate to make Omelet a better place and I can't think of anyone who is a better fit or more deserving of this role."

    Curiosity Advertising named Yvonne Starkey-Posey as vice president of media services, charged with overseeing the development, management and supervision of the agency's media department. Most recently, she was director of client leadership at Empower MediaMarketing, where she developed and executed campaigns for brands such as Bush Brothers & Company, Meijer, The Biltmore, C&H Sugar, Fruit2O, Drees Homes, Lane Bryant and Preen. "Yvonne is a highly respected and dynamic media leader in the industry," said Matt Fischer, president and chief creative officer of Curiosity. "Her diverse media experience allows her to deliver plans that are media neutral and seamlessly integrated. We're delighted to have her on the Curiosity team."

    Mindshare North America tapped Jason Smith as senior partner, managing director, digital investment. He will lead the agency's Digital Investment Group in Chicago, driving digital trading and investment for clients. He will report to Jonathan Hsia, managing partner, head of digital investment, Mindshare NA. Smith joins Mindshare NA from Horizon Media, where he served as vice president of digital media activation, leading the agency's digital strategy, partnership development and training/education initiatives. While there, he also led digital planning and integration for brands including GEICO, Capital One, Sleep Number, BBC America, Sands Casino and Boar's Head. "Jason has a fantastic track record for generating creative media solutions and driving results for performance-oriented accounts," said David Adelman, Chicago office lead, Mindshare NA. "We're thrilled to have him on board."

    After two years in France, Havas is launching a global network focused on connecting brands and consumers across everyday life, including out-of-home and local cross media communications. Adcity was first launched in December 2014 in France, where it has more than 100 employees across six local offices. The agency delivers solutions for brands, including cross media and programmatic, to drive both consumer impact and engagement. The global roll-out will see additional offices opening in Europe, US and Asia. Matthieu Habra will lead the new network. Prior to working as managing director of Havas Media France, Habra led Posterscope, the OOH entity of Aegis Media France, and then Screenbase, the digital OOH structure at Posterconseil group.
