  • Angela Zepeda
    Innocean
    Innocean hired Angela Zepeda as senior vice president, business development. Zepeda will be responsible for marketing the agency and overseeing company growth plans. She will report to Tim Blett, chief operating officer, Innocean USA. Most recently, she was CEO of Quigley Simpson in Los Angeles, where she oversaw all aspects of the agency. Before that, Zepeda was chief marketing officer of Campbell Ewald Los Angeles. Zepeda has also worked for TBWA\Chiat\Day, Team One, Rapp Collins, Doner and FCB, all in Los Angeles.

  • Lauren Karasek
    Spark Growth
    Spark Growth hired Lauren Karasek as executive director of social media to lead and expand its social media practice. Most recently, Karasek served as senior vice president of social media strategy at MWWPR where she led social strategy for clients including Tyson Foods, Deloitte, Waste Management and Keurig Green Mountain.

  • Greg Neal
    The Marketing Arm
    The Marketing Arm, an Omnicom agency, hired Greg Neal as vice president, head of production, a new position. Based in Dallas, Neal will be responsible for leading the agency's video content studio. He will report to Dan Belmont, CEO. Most recently, Neal served as vice president for Silicon Valley-based Clippit, a mobile app that allows users to share live TV clips to social media. Previously, Neal served on the executive teams that helped launch Pac-12 Sports Networks and OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network. He also served as a vice president of creative for Food Network.

  • James Bray
    Arnold Worldwide
    Arnold Worldwide named James Bray as executive vice president, executive creative director. Bray will lead creative strategy and execution for the agency's Carnival Cruise Line account. He will be based in Boston and report to Jim Elliott, global chief creative officer. Bray joins the agency from M&C Saatchi LA, where he spent six years as executive creative director, working on clients including Reebok, Vizio, Epson, San Diego Zoo, Alibaba, FX and Oakley. Prior to that, he was an associate creative director, copywriter at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, working on NBA, Netflix, Adobe and Sprint. Before that, he was a writer at Fallon, producing creative for Holiday Inn, Citibank and BMW.

    Rain hired Stephan Zimelka as group creative director in the agency's Utah office. Zimelka most recently worked as a creative director in the Bay Area, leading projects at both Apple and CA Technologies. Before immigrating with his family to the US, Zimelka spent 15 years working at agencies internationally, including DigitasLBi UK, Gloo@Ogilvy Africa and DDB Africa, where he created campaigns for Coca-Cola, Puma, Converse, Electrolux, Orange and Red Bull.

    In Rain's Nicaragua office, Mitchell Harris, formerly senior technical lead, was elevated to office director.
