Russell J. Rinke was named creative director, Detroit. He also joins the agency from GTB, where he served as vice president, associate creative director for more than 11 years, working on the Ford and Lincoln/Mercury accounts.
Lastly, Hugo Burton was tapped as associate creative director, NYC. He joins Jack Morton from Traffik, Sydney, where he was a copywriter and worked with clients like Samsung, Visa, Dyson, Airbnb and Captain Morgan.

Prior to that, Williams handled marketing programs for PMK-BNC, Cornerstone Agency and Momentum Worldwide, creating campaigns for Microsoft, Diageo, LG Electronics, American Express, T-Mobile, Perrier-Jouët Champagne, Cole Haan, Louis XIII de Rémy Martin Cognac and DeLeón Tequila.

Han will work on the HP account in the agency's L.A. office, reporting to Will Thompson, associate director, social. She previously worked at Com2us, handling the social media and community management for Summoners War, a mobile game.
Jacobsen will work on the GE account, reporting to Laura Correnti, executive vice president, managing director, media and operating out of the agency's New York office. Most recently, Jacobsen was a senior account executive and producer at GREY Group. While there, he worked on the National Park Service's "Find Your Park" campaign and projects for HSBC Trade and Canon.
