Most recently, Hernandez was creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi L.A. where he led the Platform Design team, which creates and manages Toyota's digital presence. Prior to that, he worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where he was digital design director.
Throughout his career, Hernandez worked on clients like Bank of America, Aetna U.S. Healthcare, the U.S. Postal Service, Pepsi, Tostitos, Adidas, Burger King, Microsoft, Volkswagen, Nike and Subaru.
Most recently, he was head of The Exchange at Mindshare, where he ran a team of more than 200 people, planning and buying integrated campaigns across offline and online media.

Guerrier joins managing director Frances Great and executive creative director Zach Hilder to complete the BBH LA executive team.

He joins the agency, following an 8-year stint on the senior leadership team of Penzeys Spices. Bourgeois began his career as a copywriter in Milwaukee in the late 1980s. He then moved into account management at Cramer-Krasselt and McCann-Erickson. In the late 1990s, he rejoined the predecessor firm to MSK as vice president and director of account management. Over the course of nine years, he was promoted several times, eventually becoming chief operating officer and playing a key role as the agency was acquired by Mortenson.

He more than 25 years of experience at agencies including Hill Holliday, Mullen, and Bronner Slosberg Humphrey (now DigitasLBi). While there, he worked on clients like Bank of America, HSBC, General Motors, AT&T, IBM, Major League Baseball, FedEx, Lever Brothers and the J.M. Smucker Company.
