  • Marlon Hernandez
    RPA
    RPA hired Marlon Hernandez as vice president, group creative director, Digital Group. He will manage the Digital Design group and guide digital programs for all clients.

    Most recently, Hernandez was creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi L.A. where he led the Platform Design team, which creates and manages Toyota's digital presence. Prior to that, he worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where he was digital design director.

    Throughout his career, Hernandez worked on clients like Bank of America, Aetna U.S. Healthcare, the U.S. Postal Service, Pepsi, Tostitos, Adidas, Burger King, Microsoft, Volkswagen, Nike and Subaru.

  • Chris Daines
    Posterscope
    Posterscope named Chris Daines as chief media officer, beginning in January. Daines will oversee the company's media planning and buying operations and will report to Glen Wilson, managing director or Posterscope.

    Most recently, he was head of The Exchange at Mindshare, where he ran a team of more than 200 people, planning and buying integrated campaigns across offline and online media.

    "We are excited to have someone with his pedigree join our team, his experience across the multimedia marketplace means he is ideally suited to support Posterscope's continued leadership," said Wilson.

  • Agathe Guerrier
    BBH LA
    BBH LA hired Agathe Guerrier as head of strategy. Guerrier most recently served as strategist for Tiny Warrior, consulting for agencies and start-ups in London, Paris and Los Angeles. Prior to that, she served as head of strategy and managing partner at BBH London. Her previous BBH experience also includes acting as head of BBH Labs — the agency's R&D unit — and strategy director at BBH London.

    Guerrier joins managing director Frances Great and executive creative director Zach Hilder to complete the BBH LA executive team.

  • Bob Bourgeois
    Mortenson Safar Kim
    Bob Bourgeois rejoined Mortenson Safar Kim (MSK) as executive vice president in its Milwaukee office. Bourgeois will direct the Milwaukee office and will also be responsible for new business development and maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

    He joins the agency, following an 8-year stint on the senior leadership team of Penzeys Spices. Bourgeois began his career as a copywriter in Milwaukee in the late 1980s. He then moved into account management at Cramer-Krasselt and McCann-Erickson. In the late 1990s, he rejoined the predecessor firm to MSK as vice president and director of account management. Over the course of nine years, he was promoted several times, eventually becoming chief operating officer and playing a key role as the agency was acquired by Mortenson.

    "This is a return to our firm for Bob. He worked with us on the acquisition of our predecessor agency and helped set the foundation for MSK as it is today," said Chris Mortenson, CEO of MSK. "Bob's extensive experience spanning traditional and digital marketing from both the agency and client sides will help us continue to grow our business and that of our clients."

  • Andrew Pelosi
    Partners & Simons
    Partners & Simons promoted Andrew Pelosi from executive vice president and general manager to president. Pelosi joined the agency in 2013, working on clients that include AIG, Nationwide, Dartmouth-Hitchcock, The Jimmy Fund, SelectHealth and various BlueCross BlueShield entities across the country.

    He more than 25 years of experience at agencies including Hill Holliday, Mullen, and Bronner Slosberg Humphrey (now DigitasLBi). While there, he worked on clients like Bank of America, HSBC, General Motors, AT&T, IBM, Major League Baseball, FedEx, Lever Brothers and the J.M. Smucker Company.
