He comes to GALLEGOS United from Carmichael Lynch's Minneapolis office, where he served as design director and led a team to create branding, design and interactive work for clients, including Subaru and GNC. Lund also previously served as design director at LeBreche, where he oversaw creative work for clients like 3M.
Five-year veteran Chris Mellow is being promoted from director digital engagement to executive director of activation as the agency's evolves its digital expertise. In this newly created role, he will ensure that all of the agency's work is innovative and utilizes digital and social tools available to GALLEGOS United and its clients. Mellow has played an integral part in winning some of the agencies most notable clients, including TurboTax and Kia Motors.
Both executives are based in Huntington Beach, CA and report to John Gallegos.
GALLEGOS United was recently reorganized under the United Collective umbrella that brings together five specialist agencies.
Most recently, Benjamin was a creative consultant at Bark & Co., a petcare start-up. While there, he worked on brand strategy, marketing and product innovation. Prior to that, he was chief creative officer at JWT, North America and Crispin Porter + Bogusky.
Benjamin worked on notable campaigns like American Express' "Small Business Saturday," Best Buy's "Twelpforce," and Burger King's "Whopper Sacrifice." He spent more than eight years at CP+B, initially joining as interactive creative director and eventually moving up to chief creative officer/partner. Soon after, he beagn working for JWT, on campaigns for Macy's, Puma, Nokia, Google, Rolex and Johnson & Johnson, among others.
"Jeff and I think a lot alike -- we're both as strategic as we are creative," said Graf. "We just execute our ideas in different ways. His biggest asset has always been his versatility of thinking across channels and his optimism for experimentation, and those traits have been refined even more after working on the client side for the last year. When you put the two of us together, the creative possibilities are endless. We've had a wicked run at Barton. I think with Jeff coming on, we're about to start a new chapter."
She will report to Justin Thomas-Copeland president of RAPP New York, and be responsible for leading all healthcare engagements out of RAPP, New York. Shepley will also serve as the healthcare lead across RAPP U.S. and a partner to RAPP Worldwide's global healthcare leads.
Prior to relocating to New York to join RAPP Worldwide, she served as senior vice president, general manager of Digitas Health's San Francisco office. Prior to that, she worked at Wunderman and Time Inc.

As the account director for Regions Bank, Waugh also manages a planning team with 16 employees and 17 accounts, ranging from Hospitals/Health Systems, Financial and Utilities brands.
Waugh is a member of Harmelin's Business Development team and Chair of the Contracts Committee. He recently oversaw the agency's Out-of-Home project, which realigned the OOH process including research, planning and buying.
In his new role, Waugh will continue to handle his responsibilities, along with a newly-created position as head of account management.
Waugh began his media career at Harmelin 23 years ago. While there, he has managed accounts such as Aetna, Dex and Fox Chase Cancer Center.
He reports to Heavenspot president Kathryn Schotthoefer and replaces Eric Lamb, who was with LA-based agency since 2011.
Oki was tapped for the role after three years as associate creative director, where he worked for clients including FX Networks, Netflix, Mattel, Disney, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment - Lego video games), and Twentieth Century Fox. He has also held design roles with Sony Pictures Entertainment, Break Media (now DEFY Media), and Seth Green's production company Stoopid Monkey (Robot Chicken).
