Travelers Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Anne MacDonald joined Travelers as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in July 2009. She has responsibility for the company’s marketing, brand management and advertising strategy, and she serves on the company’s Management Committee. While she provides marketing and advertising oversight for all corporate and business marketing, she has a particular focus on consumer branding and customer experience.
Ms. MacDonald comes to Travelers with years of marketing leadership experience in consumer businesses and the financial services sector. Most recently, she was a partner with The Rockefeller Consulting Group. Prior to that, she served as the President and Chief Marketing Officer of Macys, Inc., following several years as the Chief Marketing Officer for Citigroup’s consumer division. Her prior professional experience includes serving as Vice President of Brand Management for PepsiCo’s Pizza Hut Division and leadership roles at N.W. Ayer advertising.
