Jim Robinson is a long time wireless veteran, and has been in the online space specializing in e-commerce for over 12 years. Jim is responsible for the mobile and tablet commerce strategies at Verizon Wireless. His team developed and implemented the initial foray for the brand into the mobile shopping space with m.verizonwireless.com, used by Google during AdWeek as an example of “how to best optimize a mobile shopping experience”. He is certified by a number of organizations in usability and funnel optimization.
