WaPo, Trulia Create D.C. Real Estate Site

  • February 13, 2009
The Washington Post and Trulia have joined to create a co-branded real estate site for the D.C. region.

The site, expected to launch in April, will allow users to search based on relevant criteria such as open houses, neighborhood, price, property type, and new listings. It will also offer detailed maps, local price trends, property descriptions and other local real estate information.

The Post's real estate section will supply editorial content including news stories, "The Nation's Housing," a column on housing issues, and a new blog about the local market written by Elizabeth Razzi. Ad-supported Trulia powers local real estate search on more than 100 sites in addition to operating Trulia.com.--Mark Walsh
