The Industry Standard Increases Circulation

Standard Media International (“The Standard”) announced today that effective with its October 9th issue, The Industry Standard will increase its circulation to 200,000 - up 33% from the current 150,000. The news coincides with the Publishers Information Bureau's second quarter report, which revealed that The Industry Standard, after 26 months in print, has out-performed all other publications in total advertising pages. With 2,405 ad pages during the second quarter, and a total of 4,163 pages in the first half of the year, The Industry Standard topped Fortune, Business Week, Forbes, Bride's, People Weekly, Modern Bride, PC Magazine, Business 2.0 and TV Guide.
