Forever 21 Expands, Adds New Stores

Clothing retailer Forever 21 is expanding, and will open 11 new stores in former Mervyns locations, reports Chain Store Age.
The first is scheduled to open in Victorville, Calif., with five more stores opening next month in California, Utah and Arizona, followed by a wave across Texas, Arizona and California.--Sarah Mahoney
