CW Orders 'Melrose Place' Pilot

The CW is currently revamping of Fox hits. This season it launched an updated "90210," and now it's ordered a pilot, produced by CBS Paramount Network TV, its sister company, to remake "Melrose Place," reports B&C. Todd Slavkin and Darren Swimmer of "Smallville" will serve as writers and executive producers. "Melrose Place" charts the lives of twentysomethings living in Los Angeles.
