LookSmart Names Ex-24/7 Exec as New CEO

Internet search engine LookSmart Ltd. said it hired David B. Hills as chief executive, effective Oct. 25, the company said late Monday. Hills, 48, will replace Damian Smith, who has been serving as CEO on an interim basis since January. Hills formerly served as president of media solutions for ad server 24/7 Real Media Inc.
