Greystripe Closes $5.5 Million Funding

Mobile ad network Greystripe has secured $5.5 million in third-round funding led by Incubic Venture Capital and including Steamboat Ventures and Monitor Ventures.

The investment brings the total raised by San Francisco-based Greystripe to $15.6 million.

With the latest funding, the company plans to expand development of rich media mobile ad campaigns. Robert J. Majteles, founder of Treehouse Capital, has joined Greystripe's board of directors in connection with the new funding.--Mark Walsh
