Intercontinental Awards Mindshare Media Buying, Planning Biz

Intercontinental Hotels Group awarded Mindshare its consolidated media planning and buying business for all its brands, including InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hotel Indigo, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites. Previously, more than a dozen agencies worldwide handled media services for Intercontinental. IHG operates over 4,100 hotels in 100 countries and territories worldwide. Mindshare teams in New York and London will lead the global account, with hubs in Atlanta, Singapore, and Shanghai. IHG's creative ad accounts are not impacted by this appointment.
