Media Storm, a strategic media agency, named Russell Zingale managing director. Based in the agency's South Norwalk, Conn. office, Zingale comes to Media Storm from Carat USA--where he held the dual
roles of director of business development and managing director of Carat Affiliates working on various accounts, including Marriott, Italy Tourism and NYU. Prior to joining Carat, Zingale held
management positions at Initiative Media. He has also held planning positions at Backer, Spielvogel Bates and Wells, Rich Greene.
