'Fast Company' CEO Steps Down

The CEO of Fast Company and Inc magazines, John Koten, has stepped down, reports Crain's. A source said the company, owned by Joe Mansueto, the Morningstar Inc. billionaire, will be run by a triad: CFO Mark Rosenberg, Fast Company editor Bob Safian and Inc. editor Jane Berentson. In October, Mansueto Ventures shut down its digital division and fired all 20 employees.
