Boost Mobile, the prepaid division of Sprint Nextel, has signed on as a sponsor of Indy car driver Danica Patrick's number 7 car for the remainder of the 2009 racing season. Boost will join Motorola Inc., as one of the signature sponsors of Patrick's car for the Andretti Green race team, and her car will feature Boost's signature colors of orange and black. "Danica Patrick is the perfect representation of the Boost Mobile brand as she is unconventional, has edge and attacks the competition like Boost attacks the prepaid wireless market," said Matt Carter, president, Boost Mobile, in a statement. "Boost Mobile has a long history with Motorola and is excited about the opportunity to work with Danica and Andretti Green Racing to broaden the Boost brand and appeal to Danica fans everywhere." --Aaron Baar
