Mindshare has formed a new joint venture with social media marketing agency, SocialMedia8, called Mindshare SocialMedia8. Ciaran Norris will lead the new venture as head of social marketing. Norris
previously worked as head of search and social marketing at Altogether Digital in London where he managed the company's social and search capabilities.
