Enliven announced today that the company has become an independent, privately held and financed corporation, Enliven, Inc. Enliven, formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of Excite@Home, is now operating
with its own flow of revenue and additional funding through Sage Hill Partners. Excite@Home retains a minority interest in the company and plans to continue the use of Enliven solutions for current
and emerging ad products.
