National Cable Communications has promoted Ken Little to Chief Operating Officer. Formerly NCC's executive vice president, technology and operations, Little joined the company in 1993 and helped build
the industry standard ad sales platforms used by cable operators today. In his new role, he will oversee research, marketing, digital sales and e-business teams. Little began his tenure with NCC as
general manager of the Chicago office.
