Primedia Consumer Media and Magazines will work together with Merrie Davis to create and distribute the upscale New York visitor's publication, Inside New York, that will launch in March of 2001 and
will be available in New York City's top hotels. Inside New York will build on the strength of Primedia's already well-established New York magazine. The new publication will be particularly suited
to serve New York's huge visitor's market. Inside New York will be available in hotel rooms and concierge desks at many of the City's top hotels including; the Penninsula, the Mark, the Regent Wall
Street, the Waldorf- Astoria, and the Plaza, among many others. Inside New York will have an interactive/web component with a special section to be featured on the leading New York-focused Internet
destination, a partnership of New York Magazine and Cablevision's Rainbow Media, to launch early in 2001.
