Mobile Messenger, which provides mobile content management services, has named Michael Iaccarino as its new chief executive officer. He replaces Steve Taylor, who remains at the Los Angeles-based
company as executive vice president for strategy. Iaccarino was previously president and CEO of email marketing company Epsilon.
