ExactTarget Acquires Keymail, Expands Internationally

Four months after closing a $70 million round of venture capital funding, email marketing services provider ExactTarget this morning announced the launch of a new international division, and the acquisition of U.K.-based Keymail Marketing. The new division will be the base for ExactTarget's operations outside of North America. Founded in 2005, Keymail Marketing has been a reseller of ExactTarget's technology in the U.K. More than 70 European clients that had been served by Keymail Marketing will now be served directly by ExactTarget, including: Reed Exhibitions, Aurora Fashions, Aegon, Value Retail, British Standards Institute, Gulf Air (Bahrain), Carrier International (France), UKTI (Belgium), Utimaco (Germany) and QlikTech (Sweden).
