Ron Howard, whose "Arrested Development" won critical acclaim, has a new comedy series -- this time in the multicamera genre, reports The Hollywood Reporter. The comedy is set in an IRS office and is written by Brent Forrester, writer-director of NBC's hit "The Office." Fox was so impressed with the project that it was bought before it could be pitched to another network.
