2001 MLB All-Star Game 'Live' in Spanish

Latino Broadcasting Company (LBC), the nation's largest wired Spanish-language radio network, will provide exclusive Spanish-language radio broadcast of the 2001 Major League Baseball All-Star game, "live" from Seattle's Safeco Field on July 10.

Calling the game for LBC is the famed Latino announcing team of Billy Berroa, Eduardo Ortega and Major League Baseball Hall of Fame announcer, Jaime Jarrin. LBC's Mid-Summer classic coverage is scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m. EDT. This exclusive broadcast marks the sixth consecutive Major League Baseball All-Star game produced and aired by Latino Broadcasting Company. The 72nd All-Star game will be carried nationally on over 35 LBC affiliate stations, covering 82% of the US Latino market.
