CBS and RealNetworks have joined forces to provide exclusive, 24/7 live video streaming from the "Big Brother 2" house for the second U.S. season of the show. The webcast will be accessible through the official Big Brother 2 website at http://www.CBS.com and through RealNetworks' RealPlayer GoldPass subscription service. The webcast, featuring four live camera feeds, will be available only as a subscription service-marking what is believed to be the first streaming entertainment content subscription package offered by a U.S. network. CBS and RealNetworks offered a free trial subscription immediately following Big Brother 2's broadcast on Thursday that will be available through Sunday night (July 8). Effective July 9, fans may view the entire three-month broadcast run of Big Brother 2 on the official CBS Big Brother site for a one-time fee of $19.95, or they may choose to subscribe to RealNetworks' GoldPass for $9.95 per month which will feature the Big Brother 2 season, as well as exclusive RealNetworks' programming, content, games and software downloads. To view the webcasts, consumers will need RealPlayer, available for download at http://www.real.com.
